Fit For Florida - 7 1/2 weeks to achieve my goal!

Well here goes. First attempt at Slim and Save, I've recently done slimfast and lost 1/2 stone but I want to see better results. I've always needed to lose weight but my trip to Florida in 55 days has given me the kick up the butt that I need. :rolleyes: I want to go on holiday and pose in pictures with my boyfriend and smile rather than hide away and just take the photos. I'd ideally like to lose 21lbs but we shall see..

So Day 1 on SS:

Brekkie:
Cripsy Vanilla Shake.

Lunch:
Tomato Chill with 25g of spinach:

Dinner:
Mild Curry
100g of Chicken
150g of Veg - Brocolli, mushrooms, spinach.

Snack:
25g of olives

Just about bearable, but im craving some sugar :mad:
I guess the first day is always hard!
