I just got Deanne Berry's new Clubland fitness DVD (Clubland - The Workout Of Your Life) today and just finished it.

It's really good! In fact, it's definately the best fitness DVD I own and have ever done. It knocks Davina's DVDs off the top spot anyway!

It's very upbeat and fast paced (I bet I looked very ungraceful for most of it) and I was really tired and sweaty afterwards :)

    It's broken into sections:

    Work It Up (warm up)
    Aerobic Floor Fillers (dance aerobics)
Ultra Dance Beat (most dance than the second section)
    Clubland Combat (punches and whatnot)
    Total Toning
    Cool It Offf

I like it because it's got a really good up tempo track list, including Lady GaGa, Sugababes, The Pussycat Dolls etc etc (whereas that's where Davina's losses out - the music is pants). Sounds daft but I need the music to be good to keep me doing it.

Anyway, it's the best DVD I have, and I have a fair few.

So my top DVDs are now:

Deanne Berry - Clublan - The Workout Of Your Life (for pure aerobics and fun)
Any Davina DVD (for ease to do but gets good results)
Tracey Anderson (hard as nails to learn but good once you do)
Dan Karatay - The Hotpants Workout (dancey and fun)

It's meant to be £17.99 but it's in for £12.99 at HMV ;-) xxx
