    Hi,
I wondered if you guys could explain flexi days. Below is my menu for breakfast & lunch (so far green day), but may be going out for dinner later and would probably prefer RED day principles.
Would this work with below green lunch?

Friday 29th August - GREEN DAY
    Breakfast
Porridge (HEX B) + skimmed milk (HEX A). Coffee

    Lunch
Mexican Soup (onion, mushrooms, BGTY bacon medallions, baked beans, kidney beans, 2 handfulls of pasta + stock)

    Tnx

    Tnx

Think you may mean flexible syns day?

This is where if you have a special occasion...... you can say right - I'm going to let myself have 100 / 200 / 500 syns (or however many you want)...... then go ahead, enjoy your evening, but the very next day, draw a line under it and get straight back onto plan.

The worst thing we can do is go and eat a bit too much, then think the next day - whats the point of being good, I ruined it all yesterday, then you can slip into an uncontrolable spiral.

I say all this as I've done the above - many, many times.

There again you could be talking about mix to match, in which case my rant here is wasted xxx

In my very limited experience of mix to max then it looks fine - I know we had some discussions about it a bit ago, so someone a bit more knowledgeable may be able to help x

Have got home and read my book.
Mix and Max - I think goes like this

Whatever type meal you have - ie green or red day stick to as many free & super free foods as possible at this meal type (green or red).
If you use any syn foods during this meal syn them as that meal type ie if green meal, syn as green day value.

I think today, I've had red (or green) breakfast, green lunch with 1 syn (from bacon in soup) and off out for meal now. Think it may be Thai so not sure how that will go..

Can somebody please check my understanding of this??
    Cheers,
    Nxx
