:(i am only on my 4th week and have given into temptation. on my last wi i had thought i needed to do 2 weeks refeed before my hols but girl at pharmacy said refeed was only 1 week. chose to delay refeed til next saturday. that was before this evening. gave in. i guess it could have been much much worse. small amount of chicken and small salad.
feeling mad with myself :(

How you doing? sorry to hear you have had a bad night.
Pick yourself up and move on! What has happened has happened and you cant change what has been done.
At least it was chicken salad and not a whole load of naughty things !
Try and keep focussed and you have done so well so far.

I know...food is absolutely everywhere and it isnt always easy. But, you are doing well and would be silly to go off the rails now.
Try and stay positive. Hope you have a good rest of a week!

well done on the chicken salad, i gave into a quarter pounder and shredded wheat!!!!!!! omg! im going to put at least 5lb on tonight after being so stupid! :( never again. the feeling is not worth it! heres to tomorrow! x x

Hi Poppy,
sounds like you made a sensible choice, if you were to eat. You have loads of time to rectify it and still have a good loss before you re-feed, same goes for you Trivenam. Your weight losses are good so get back on track and it will be fine.

glad you are back on track. going on holiday a week on sunday so have decided to refeed as i have only had chicken and salad. feeling more positive though. so feeling much more positive.
still hoping for loss at wi even if only a pound
keep going. i shall keep eye out to see how you get on.
