    Hi everyone, currently on my 2nd week of slimming world and loving it.

    Thought it would be a good idea to share my food diary so i can pick up tips and tricks on how to improve my meals.:D

    Hopefully sharing what i eat will maybe give people some ideas for what they could have for lunch or whatever.:)

    I would love to hear of some good, tasty, quick recipes I could try :p

    i follow the EE plan :) here is goes..

    brunch- ham sarnie
    • 2 slices of a 400g wholemeal loaf (heb)
    • ham slices
    • 2 light laughing cow triangles (1/2 hea)
    • salad: tomatoes and cucumber peppers onion


    dinner- burgers and salad :eating:
    • 2 light laughing cow triangles (1/2 hea)
    • shredded carrots, cabbage and onion (like coleslaw minus the mayo)
    • tomatoes, lettuce
    • 2x burgers- extra lean mince with oregano, salt, pepper and diced onion. fried using fry light

    didn't have any syns today, don't know why. Didn't really crave anything.

    drank alot of water and had a can of diet coke also went swimming for around 20-30 mins.
