Hi, hoping someone can help. I used 10g of Flora light on my toast at lunchtime and also had a drizzle of tomato ketchup over my scrambled eggs (8g). Using the 20kcal = 1 syn rule, I took 1.5 syns for the Flora & 0.5 syn for the ketchup. Does this sound accurate? Thanks in advance
