I cant find flora original in my books at all however someone might come and look on the website for you. It seems that full fat spread is 2 syns per tsp both days if that helps. xxxxx

The ordinary one isn't on website either.

Extra Light - 0.5/level tsp
Light - 1/level tsp
No Salt - 1.5/level tsp
Buttery - 1.5/level tsp

So I think I would for 1.5 syns
