So, I got some pretty bad news yday and ended up going off the rails yday afternoon...2 bottles of wine later and here I am, hungover, and hoping to pass away within the next half hour or so lol! Aowww my head.
Anyways, I didn't have dinner, the last time I ate was yday lunchtime, thankfully the scales don't seem to hate me just yet and they actually flickered, albeit brief at 10st13 this morning!

Dinner
The bake that I had planned for yesterday.
Although the idea of eating any food right now is making me want to vom!

Scales showing 11st2lb today. Really hoping I can get it to 11 by Sunday!

Baked potato with beans, sweetcorn and peppers. Will say 10 syns for coleslaw but not sure it's that many!

2 Cod fillet, baked beans,

Feeling pretty frustrated with myself this morning as the scales are showing 11st2...still. I know my salad last night was off plan so I probably deserve for the scales to have gone up but it just feels like it's not moving this time!

Carrots, broccoli, peas and cauliflower with a small tin of spaghetti hoops

Dinner
Passata pasta bake. HExA of cheese. 1 quorn burger (within the bake) 0.5syns
