Does anyone know why we are told to avoid flower based teas? Is it because it affects ketosis?

Reason I ask is I've had a constant headache for 4 days now (and I never get them) and I think it might be due to sinusitis. Someone at work has given me Pelargonium to take (a herbal tablet and when I google Pelargonium it says its contents include: Pelargonium sidoides dried extractOther Ingredients:Dried extract of Pelargonium sidoidesLactose Cellulose
I'm not sure if I should take one but I think I've reached the limit of coping with the headaches.

But I've only just got into ketosis (I think, no sticks with me at work but my mouth feels like cardboard!), so I don't want to jeopardise that.

    Ibuprofen and panadol do nothing
