Hi, can any one tell me please how many syns are in the new bigger size FAT FREE flumps?

kcal - 45
protein - 0.8
carbohydrate 15.4
Fat - Trace

It will be 1 syn for every 20 calories....so 2.5ish syns

If that is per flump it's just over 2 syns each. One syn per 20kcal rule.
