Saturday & Sunday - too busy having fun to update diary but stuck pretty much to plan!

Green Day

Made a huge pot of chilli using extra lean steak mince, quorn mince, mushrooms, green beans, carrots, onions, tomatoes,fresh garlic, herbs,spices & worcestersauce.

Had a portion with some wholewheat spaghetti and parmesan cheese.

What a weekend! Little food and far too much wine. Very naughty Chinese take oot last night (first since starting SW). Must get back on that wagon to be at goal for Christmas!!
 
I'm a bit lax with this page but I do keep a diary on my NC board. Right so far today I've had a JP with proper butter (4 Syns) and 30g cheese = HexA.
