Hi Guys,

I've been doing 1000kcal plan for 2 weeks to boost my metabolism.. Now I'm back on SS for 4 weeks..

So here is a thread to keep me on track.

Dione - I'm hoping that moving up the plans wil give my losses a boost - I only lost 1lbs in Aug!! My CDC things the 2 week at 1000kcals will help.

Day 3 - I know its a bit ealy in the day to give my self a green tick - but I'm doing well and feel positive to say I will be 100% again today..

Update day 3 - 18/09/09

Ok so I've had a rough day - feel poorly and cant worm up!! (I went to bed in a hoody lastnight) So I've had an extra CD meal this evening (porridge)..

Ah, I hate it when you get so very cold, thankfully it has only happened to me a couple of times when I stayed outdoors for too long.
Hope the next few days aren't so difficult. You are doing well!

Day 4 - 19/09/09

I'm working a 12 hour day shift (not good) and I'm freezing (wearing 3 tops lol)
I find it easy to stay on track - its when I get home I struggle.. Fingers crossed I'll be ok today... I'll update my chart later just to make sure :)

I am ssing again, that 1000 plan doen't agree with me..............started to think I could do SS forever hahaha it's become a way of life !

Hi,

I really enjoyed 100kcal plan but was very bloated. I am struggling on SS at the moment but it takes a while to get into ketosis (cant wait).

How come your doing SS if you've got to goal?

Are you still wanting to lose more weight?

Update on Day 4 - Cheated!

I cant believe I'm writing this AGAIN! I totally went off plan when I get home from work last night - I done a 12 hour day shift was fed up and cold when I got home (had all my shakes in work).. Anyway long story short I had rice and curry sauce.

I cried for at least an hour after last night - I just keep messing up. :cry:

Why do I keep doing this??? No wonder I've not even lost a stone since Apr (when I started CD)..

I'm going to be 100% today, I've only got 2 packs in work today so I know I've got something to go home 2.
