Food allergy?

Not to sound stupid but question 1- is oyster sauce fishy ?

I was at a BBQ and a couple of hours after eating I took a run for the toilet where a watery explosion took place (sorry!)

I then stood there trembling for five minutes.

I felt sick the rest of the night.

Three weeks ago I had the same reaction to beef in oyster sauce. Last night , the only thing I ate differently was the prawns.

Any help?

Oyster's are a seafood so im presuming oyster sauce is seafood aswell

Yep it is made from oysters. I sounds like it doesn't suit you at all. hope you feel better today. X

It was possibly the prawns then from last night- they were cooked fully. Lesson learned

Guessing from what you've said its some kind of intolerance to shellfish??

That's what my friend suggested last night- I wasnt drinking so knew exactly what I ate. Grr to bad food
