food choices in management

    Enjoyed my piece of poached salmon today.
    I checked in my book and there seems to be no mention of smoked fish.
    Is it a no no or can I have a portion of smoked salmon or smoked mackerel at some point soon?

    Will buy smoked fish next week!

    Just out of curiosity, how will you cook it?

    I got some smoked salmon which I will just eat as it is.
    The smoked mackerel I will just have with some salad, no need to do anything really, is there!

    Me too I am so happy M&S Smoked Trout can be my first meal like I planned.

    If you're not already a fan, go for balsamic vinegar on your salad - absolutely delicious and calorie free!! Better than any fat free salad dressing!!!

    I had fat free vinaigrette today and it was nice. Will try balsamic tomorrow
