Food Diaries-Thoughts? Chubba Wubba to Slinky Minky...Hopefully...

S: 18st3.0lb C: 15st13.5lb G: 11st0lb BMI: 35 Loss: 2st3.5lb(12.35%)
B: A glass of water..I know, thats really bad, but was busy sorting the baby out then had to dash-off to Sw weigh in...

L: Chicken breast, potatoes, broccoli, carrots, sprouts. 3 tbsp of gravy..(2syns)

D: 2 x wholemeal toast(HEB), scrambled eggs, tinned chopped tomatoes and mushrooms.

S: 2x hi fi lights (6 syns)

Drinks: tea and coffee (HEA), water, 1x pepsi max.

What do you think guys? I'm not sure if that's probably not enough food, or if it is, and it's just a lot less than i normally would...lol.
