ive been doing weight watchers for a couple of days and im finding it a bit hard.. so here i am 100% determined to be on track !!! ;D .. my food diary for today.. feel free to advise or correct me if you feel i'm wrong !!

really good thankyou.. ive stuck to my meal plans and i have 10 points left out of my dailys if i want to use them later :) .. and im in a great mood today..been a lovely day off college and ive been on my eleptical trainer for 20 minutes..so im all good haha :)

im having a girly night tonight with my friend..so weeklies will be coming in handy !! .. and i have a friends party tomorrow .. oh gosh, this is gonna be a bad weekend.. but i can do it without binging and going over my weeklies :D

Keep up the good work over the weekend. Weekends used to be really hard for me because my weigh in day is Friday so if i lost weight i would 'treat' myself to naughty things, but no more :) and its an amazing feeling on Monday morning when you realise you have been 100% at weekend!!! xxx

hehe thankyouuuu :D .. its yoghurt but in a pouch shaped as a ladybird, or a worm or a snail etc. haha.. they're for kids.. but i LOVE them :) well actually i just love kiddy food like pizza and chicken and stuff, i dont like " grown up food " as i call it, like different sort of meats with vegetables and sauces and different things like that !! plain and simple food does me good ;D

yeah :D i feel amazing after 1 day of staying 100% so if i can get through a weekend i will be sparkling !! ;D .. i might limit myself and plan ahead, i went to a bbq last night and resisted i just had food before i left, so i can always do the same before the party tomorrow so i wont want food..and just stick to the diet coke.. you dont always need yummy food and alcohol to have a good timeeee :).. thankyou for reading my diary.. i love yours, its so motivational the fact that you've done sooo well and stuck to it for so long and showing results, i'll definitely be reading yours everyday :) xxx

Haha it's nice! Not as nice as joes though! Yeah I live in mumbles so I can have it anytime I want ;D as long as I have the points and money ;D
