Food Diary 28th April

    350 skimmed milk
    42gm kerry low low cheese

    HE B choice
    28gm weetabix bitesize & 1 ryvita
    2 slice warburton wholemeal bread(400gm)

    B-weetabix & orange

    L-cod in butter sauce,cabbage carrot & spinach (steamed)
    apple,plum,pear,kiwi with brooklea f/f yog


    D-Ham,spinach leaves(raw) tomatoe,cucumber,beetroot,courgettes,spring onons,boiled eggs gratered cheese & radish

    S-2 slice toast with (R/S) jam 1tbsp, low fat marg 1tbsp & apple & ryvita

    Tea,coffe.water,diet energy drink, herbal tea & sweetner.

    Sweets = 6
    Jam(R/S) 1tbsp = 1.5
    Low fat marg 1tbsp = 3
    2 cod in butter sauce (youngs) = 3
    TOTAL = 13.5 syns

    Red Day

    D-Sainsbury's mixed salad leaves,carrot,sweetcorn,cabbage,mixed peppers,beetroot,ham & egg

    fish = 3
    peardrop = 1
    sweets & cake 10

    Hi Wirebound, I am wondering why you are starting a "new" diary for each day?
    You will end up being a very elusive person to be able to support, that is if you would like to get some support and/or response!
    Far better to just call it your diary and date it each day and let us know how you are doing and feeling each day as well.
