Food Diary; A new more positive Kirsty...

Ok so I have had time to sleep on yesterdays weigh in and I am feeling more positive than ever this morning that I CAN and I WILL do this :D

So todays eating plan;

Weetbix with semi skimmed milk for breakfast

Salad for lunch; Lettuce, Cucumber, Carrot, Small portion of cheese grated, chopped up chicken, 2 table spoons of tesco low fat coleslaw! And a Asda Good For You Golden Veg Cupa Soup.

I have a pkt of WW savoury rosemary & thyme biscuits for snacks and an apple.

Carvery for dinner; I will be having turkey and veg only for this and maybe 1 or 2 small boiled potatoes if their are any. (going out with my sister and her family for dinner)

How does that all sound food wise?
 
Doesnt sound like an awful lot of food to me-but i eat a LOT!! lol!! Could you add in any free food such as more veg and fruit? Don't be hungry. Good luck x
