Ok so I have had time to sleep on yesterdays weigh in and I am feeling more positive than ever this morning that I CAN and I WILL do this
So todays eating plan;
Weetbix with semi skimmed milk for breakfast
Salad for lunch; Lettuce, Cucumber, Carrot, Small portion of cheese grated, chopped up chicken, 2 table spoons of tesco low fat coleslaw! And a Asda Good For You Golden Veg Cupa Soup.
I have a pkt of WW savoury rosemary & thyme biscuits for snacks and an apple.
Carvery for dinner; I will be having turkey and veg only for this and maybe 1 or 2 small boiled potatoes if their are any. (going out with my sister and her family for dinner)
How does that all sound food wise?
