food diary-advice welcome!

    brekkie
    2 slices nimble wholemeal breadHEXB
    tablespoon of reduced sugar marmalade 1.5 syns

    dinner
    3eggs, fat free fromage frais, peppers, chilli, onion, full tin tuna chunks in brine, 42g half fat cheese HEXA made as omelette

    now im not actually hungry as i had a late dinner so is it ok to skip tea and just have fruit later on? plus ive hardly used my syns today is this ok? if not im sure i could force a chocolate bar down later ;)

    vanilla muller light yoghurt
    satsuma

    2 slices nimble HEXB
    28g extra light soft cheese, 2 syns
    jalapenos
    chicken
    mango
    melon

    total:3 and a half syns

    oh yeah i have another a and b choice dont i? i forgot that you get 2 of each on a red or green day ha ha!:)

    im still not hungry though, that omelette has seriously filled me up!

    ill make sure i have another b choice before bed though because i dont want to under eat cos then the diet doesnt work properly either does it?

    do you have any red/green snack ideas that are quick and easy to do because this is where i fall short and end up going for the crisps or chocolate :eek:

    Have a look at the other food diaries to give yourself some ideas too Hun.
    I prefer Red days as they seem to suit me better and I have a diary here.

    i often have the laughing cow extra light cos you can have 6 triangles a day yummy! but didnt know about the alpen or rivita minis, sweet chilli and laughing cow has actually made my mouth water im going to get some tomorrow! ill check out the other diaries, thanks for the tips :)
