Food Diary.....Everyones advice welcome

Friday 15th March

Bfast: 1 slice of wholemeal toast (HEA) 2 Poached eggs, Mushrooms and Tomatoes

Lunch: Caught short as worked on. 2 Rich tea Biscuits (4) 1 Banana, 1 Belvita (3)

Dinner: SW Chips, Quorn Curry (3 Creme Fraiche) Salad

Yogurt (1/2)
Apple

Total Syns 10 1/2 :(
 
Was trying to stay below 10 but have stayed well below all week so I am hoping it will balance out :)
 
Find the plan easy to fall and never hungry as long as I am prepared. What plan are you doing?
 
Saturday 16th March

Bfast (11am) 1 slice wholemeal toast (HEB) 2 Poached Eggs, Mushrooms and Tomatoes

Lunch (2.30ish) I Belvita (3) 4 Haribos (2) Grapes, Yogurt (Not the healthiest lunch but got caught short and it wasnt long till tea time)

Dinner Baked Potato, Pasta n Sauce (1) Salad
Yogurt (1/2) Grapes

Total Syns 6 1/2
 
I usually do EE but with some green days. Syns vary daily.

I prefer to eat as much as I want and accept that I will lose fairly slowly, so SW is ideal for me. I find some days it's really easy and others, well I just draw a line under them and start again.
