Food diary-First 2 days of SW, am I doing it right?

    Slimming world
    Hi all
    I started slimming world yesterday, and I just wanted your opinions on the food I'm eating, to make sure that I'm doing okay! :)
    I've only done green days so far.

    Day 1.

    Healthy Extras-

    A-Milk
    A-Babybel lights
    B-Cereal
    B-Alpen Light bar.

    Syns-

    1 tbsp of onion chutney-2
    Light Choice Date&Walnut cake-3.5
    2 tbsp coffee mate-1.5

    Total syns=5 :)

    Free foods:

    Banana
    Carrot sticks
    Tomatoes
    Fat Free Cottage Cheese
    Rice
    Melon
    Muller light
    Strawberries
    Quorn sausages
    Salad

    Day 2

    Healthy extras-
    a-Milk
    a-Babybel lights x3
    b-Chicken breast
    b-Alpen light bar

    Syns-
    Cornflakes-5
    Pesto (2 tbsp on pasta)-8

    = 13 syns

    Free foods-

    Sweetener
    Pilau rice
    Cannellini beans
    Tomato
    Peppers
    Lettuce
    Nectarine
    Pasta


    So is this on the right track or am I waaaay off? lol :)
