Hi all
I started slimming world yesterday, and I just wanted your opinions on the food I'm eating, to make sure that I'm doing okay! :)
I've only done green days so far.

Day 1.

Healthy Extras-

A-Milk
A-Babybel lights
B-Cereal
B-Alpen Light bar.

Syns-

1 tbsp of onion chutney-2
Light Choice Date&Walnut cake-3.5
2 tbsp coffee mate-1.5

Total syns=5 :)

Free foods:

Banana
Carrot sticks
