So - here is my first day - I have a starvation blood test in the morning so as of 6pm tonight I can only have tap water so this is it for today I think - I may end up cramming a yogurt & some WW tortillas in before then if I think I need them

yes I did feel much better but then today has just been so busy that I haven't eaten properly so I have about 12 points still to use before bed time...

I have just gone through my cupboard of ww treats & I am going to have 2 mallow things some crisps, a fromage frais & a couple of cookies whilst sitting with my feet up on the sofa :)

So my points went down to 26 for this week, today was hard, I started with a cold & have basically felt rubbish all day & wanted to just eat my bodyweight in comfort food - I resisted but I feel even worse today so I have planned & cooked tea already & am planning lunch that way I can see how many points I have left to indulge in :)
