Food diary for the week

So here goes my weekly menu as i receive my money tomorrow so will be going shopping for the week have planned it out and given myself some treats because as people have said once you plan to be stricked and not treat yourself you fall off the wagon. Have a few SW cookery books so might be changing a few things here and there - any input or criticism is greatly appreciated!! :)

Monday
HE: a)250ml b)2 slices warburtons wholemeal
Breakfast:
Chopped banana & strawberries topped with mullerlight yoghurt
Lunch:
Homemade Leek & Potato soup with 2 slices of wholemeal (HE a)
Dinner:
Spaghetti Bolognese grated parmesan (1 ½ )
Snacks:
Muller-light yoghurts, fruit-salad topped with diet lemonade, walkers French fries (4.5)
Tuesday
HE: a)milk b) 28g fruit & fibre
Breakfast:
Fruit & Fibre with 125ml milk (HE a & b)
Lunch:
Jacket Potato with baked beans and cheese – 28g red Leicester (5.5)
Dinner:
Chicken Tikka and slimming world chips
Snacks:
Fruit-salad with muller light yoghurt, wine gums x 6 (4.5)
Wednesday
HE: a)milk b) 2 warburtons wholemeal
Breakfast:
Beans on toast (He b)
Lunch:
Leek and potato soup
Dinner:
Lobscouse/Beef Stew – lean stewing steak, potatoes, carrots, swede, onions, garlic, gravy granules 28g (6.5)
Snacks:
Walker French fries (4.5), fresh fruit, muller light
Thursday
HE: a) milk b) 28g fruit & fibre
Breakfast:
Cereal & 125ml milk (HE a & b)
Lunch:
New potatoes, ham, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, lettuce
Dinner:
Potato Gratin & gammon – cheese sauce mix (5)
Snacks:
Muller-light, wine gums x 6 (4.5),
Friday
a)milk b) 2 warburtons wholemeal
Breakfast:
Beans on toast – b) and baked beans
Lunch:
jacket potato, ham, cucumber, tomato
Dinner:
Shepard’s pie - mash potato – milk and low fat margarine1 level tablespoon (3 syns)
Snacks:
muller-light, fruit-salad,french-fries(4.5)
Saturday
HE: a)28g red Leicester b) 2 warburtons wholemeal
Breakfast:
Fruit salad topped with Muller-light yoghurt
Lunch:
Lean ham sandwich – b) and lean ham
Dinner:
Lasagne - Packet cheese sauce makes whole lasagne (5.5) – grated a)
Snacks:
French fries (4.5)
Sunday
HE: a)milk b) 28g fruit & fibre
Breakfast:
a) and b) = cereal and milk
Lunch:
Sausage and SW chips – Thick sausages 57g (5.5 syns) & SW chips
Dinner:
Sunday dinner – chicken breast, mash potato(3.5), sweetcorn, roast potato (fry-light)
Pudding:
Home-made Orange and almond drizzle cake (3 1/2)

Is this menu ok for SW? on average I am within my syns per day.
