Food Diary of a Foodaholic...

Hey all, this is my first food diary entry, and only starting the slimming world journey tomorrow and here is the menu so far.....
RED DAY
Breakfast:
Fat Free Yoghurt, Strawberries, Raspberries 28g honey nut bite size Shredded Wheat (HEB...I hope)
Lunch:
Slimming World Beef Stew (from best recipes book)
Dinner:
Cauliflower Cheese (from same book)
Baked Mushrooms (SW Oct Mag)
Snacks:
Muller light, Apple X 2, Banana

Hi all looks good, but dont forget to have your syns, if you dont have them at the start you will really miss them later on in your journey. A really great start though hope you enjoying it.

Breakfast:
2 Wholemeal Bread (HEB)
Marmite
Lunch:
Leek & Potato Soup
Dinner:
SW Chips
Eggs X2
Beans
Snacks:
2 alpen light bars (HEB)
Banana, Apple (other berries)
350ml Skimmed Milk (HEA)
I will fit some syns in there somewhere along the way. x

4 x HEB Wholemeal Bread (Making two sandwiches)
Lunch:

SW Chips
Quorn Sausages
Beans
Dinner
Jacket Potato
Beans
HEA Grated Cheese
Snacks
Banana, Apple, muller light, HEA 350ml milk.
