    Thursday

    Breakfast: Beans and egg;
    Snack: Plum;
    Lunch: Cowboy brunch from local shop :nono:
    Snack: Plum, apple and banana;
    Dinner: Chicken fried rice SW style with mushrooms, onions and peppers. :eating:
    Snack: Milkybar [3.5 syns] :(


    Friday

    Breakfast: Beans & fried egg;
    Snack: Apple;
    Lunch: Pasta, v. low-fat cottage cheese, cucumber, pepper and onion;
    Snack: Plum, apple, banana, WW yoghurt (its been a long afternoon);
    Dinner: SW chips, egg, mushy peas with HEB pitta and HEA of cheese.
    Snack: Milkybar [3.5 syns].

    Daily syns = 3.5


    Saturday

    Breakfast: Porridge with sweetner;
    Snack: Pear; 1/2 golden wonder pot noodle Beef & Tomato [4 syns];
    Lunch: Mushroom and onion omlette with beans;
    Snack: Pear, apple, WW yoghurt [1.5 syns];
    Dinner: Stir-fry with mushrooms, onion, pepper, rice, egg;

    Daily syns = 5.5

    Sunday

    Breakfast: Bacon, egg, beans, mushrooms with wholemeal bread;
    Snack: Loads of fruit, 2 pieces of chocolate [4 syns];
    Dinner: Gammon roast dinner with loads of veggies, and 2 small yorkshire puds [3 syns each];
    Supper: Beef & tomato golden wonder pot noodle [4 syns].

    Daily syns = 14

    Monday

    Breakfast: 28g Bran Flakes with SS milk and a banana;
    Snack: Apple, orange;
    Lunch: Wholemeal pitta [HEb], 28g cheese [HEa], salad, and a pear;
    Snack: Orange and banana;
    Dinner: Jacket taty with beans and salad;
    Snack: 1 chocolate [2 syns];
    Supper: Beans and egg.

    Daily syns = 2

    Tuesday

    Breakfast: 42g All Bran with SS milk and a plum;
    Snack: Pear and home-made jellys;
    Lunch: Pasta, fat free cottage cheese, cucumber, pepper, onion and tomatoes;
    Snack: 2 small oranges, apple and WW yoghurt [1.5 syns];
    Dinner: Stir-fry;
    Snack: Home-made jellys [2 syns];
    Supper: B&T golden wonder noodles [4 syns] and a chocolate [2 syns].

    Daily syns = 9.5


    Wednesday

    Breakfast: 42g All Bran with SS milk;
    Snack: Options hot choc [2 syns], Banana;
    Lunch: Pasta, fat free cottage cheese, cucumber, pepper, onion and tomatoes;
    Snack: Apple, pear, orange and banana;
    Dinner: Mushy pea curry with boiled rice.

    Daily syns = 2 up to now
