Hi guys!,
well maybe i should start buy introducing myself! my names louise and im 21 years old..
The reason im starting this food diary is because ive recently joined and started my diet 3 days ago! weight watchers pro plus! and can i just say im loving every minute of it so far! ive not felt hungry once!
After looking threw the site a little bit and reading some of your food diary's i was so intrested in how lovely all the support is and how you have inspired me!
and im hoping my food diary will hopefully help some of you how yours have me!

ive been battaling with my weight for as long as i can remember and NOTHING seems to work- ive tried soo many diets and now im hoping ive found one that will work for me- and i love this diet so i hope so!.
