Food diary

Hi all, I'm new on here! I started SW last year before my hols, gave up after that, so I am hoping to lose some weight ready for the summer. Thought that it would be a good idea to start a food diary to keep me on track!!! Well I thought that I would start off with a green day.

B: 2 boiled eggs

L: Jacket potato with prawns (hex b) and 1 tbs of extra low Mayo and some rocket (1 syn)

D: quorn sausage, baked beans and mash bake with a little bit of low fat cheddar cheese (hex a)


Snacks: pot noodle mug (1 syn)
Batchelors cup a pasta (2 syns, I think!)

Couldn't resist a glass of wine (6 syns)

The day started positively did over an hour exercise on the wii fit, then it just went out of the window when I attended a new years eve party! Decided not to count today and start anew tomorrow.

Exercise: 1 hour 15 mins

I did exactly the same on New Years eve! So starting fresh today too.
Good luck with your new start, how much are you aiming to lose? I am going for 2 stone.

Extra easy day

Weighed myself today Gaines 2lb since 31st Dec! How did that happen!!!!!! :(

Went to in laws for beef dinner, now stuffed. Went for an hour brisk stroll afterwards just to burn of some calories felt really bad about the wine and the extra wait gain. Really need to try harder!
Back in work on Tuesday so should be back to a routine.

L: Gravy (5 syns), beef, mashed swede (2 syns?), boiled potatoes, carrots, cauliflower and beans.

Drinks:
3 small glasses of wine (18 syns)

Black coffee

Snacks:
1 slice of ham

Went shopping today, got meals all sorted for the next few weeks :)

L: 2 turkey rashers, 1 slice of Nimble wholegrain bread (hex b), 2 fried eggs.

D: Prawn cakes with noodle stir fry (1 Syn)

Mash potatoes with 1 tsp gravy granules (1 Syn)
Boiled egg

Just wanted to point out that 2 Alpen light bars make up 1 HExB so make sure you are having the other one. Fibre is important! Good luck & stick with it x
