Food diary :)

I've been keeping a food diary and find it really helps to keep me on track. I also find it easier to track on here than the little forms they give you.

just be sure to post it in the sub-forum though!

Yup, go for it. It really does help to keep you on track and less likely to cheat! Also, if you're going a little off plan, someone will help put you right.
