    Exante (recently changed from lighter life)
    Can't decide whether to do an on here food diary or not :( just thinking then people can give me advice whether I'm going right or wrong!!! :D

    I've been keeping a food diary and find it really helps to keep me on track. I also find it easier to track on here than the little forms they give you.

    just be sure to post it in the sub-forum though!

    Go for it hun, its nice to share food diaries and like you say if you ever go wrong someone will pick up on it etc xxx

    Yup, go for it. It really does help to keep you on track and less likely to cheat! Also, if you're going a little off plan, someone will help put you right.
