    Can someone take a looksie at my food diary for the day!
    My carbs only total 11!

    And my fat is way under target.. le sigh!

    Can anyone give any advice to up these things?

    Low carb
    Well, you could double up the cabbage and have some more butter with it. I think that's what I would do.:)

    Cant get the link to work. But ideas
    Fat - cheese, pork crackling, double cream with....
    Carbs - celery with avocado dip, strawberries (about 1c each and worth every mouthful this time of year), tomatoes, fennel salad
