does anyone know where and how to use a food diary as my weight is being annoying as I am loosing weight so slowly, the only thing that's getting smaller is my waist, which is a good thing three weeks down bust minus 2cm and hips minus 2 waist minus 10cm... I' m housebound so I cant exercise, other than hobble around the flat tying not to fall, but that's the thing falling, at 11, 8 pounds, I don't want to break again so loosing weight is essential, any tips would be brilliant.
