Hi there,

Just joined SW.. last Thursday. Had a rough time getting my head round it, however today (Monday, fresh start of course..) I have pretty much started. Just here to post and get advice etc, as I feel a bit awkward and shy in groups..

So..

Day 1

B: Coffee with skimmed milk (HEXa)

Lunch: Homemade chicken soup (SW recipe.. syn free) - leeks, onion, carrots & celery
4x Ryvita crispbreads (HEXb.. according to the app)
Strawberries & blueberries

Dinner: Homemade Cottage pie (1 syn)

Apple and a Mullerlight yoghurt
4x quality street sweets (8 syns)
