Me again....

Have a real urge to eat "comfort food". Having a mix to max day .. had a red lunch. I can pop to the supermarket so any ideas .. what can I have thats quick tasty and filling.. (my head is thinking chinese takeaway. Please dont suggest quorn or anything that may take any kind of preparation on my part.. Im in a Friday mood!!

Im no help cos I too am wanting chinese take away - but as Im sitting here wearing a gorgeous brown patterned top in a size 16 Im averting the pangs as I dont wanna end up being a size 22/24 again EVER xxx

I like poached eggs, jacket potato wedges and beans or mushy peas for comfort food! Sainsbury's vegetarian ravioli in a tin is free on green and rather tasty. You could wip up a stir fry with veggies and tofu cooked with soy sauce and nam pla (fish sauce) it's very tasty, and have it with lots of noodles - free on green.
