Food Directory 2015

Hi Everyone
I am thinking of buying the 2015 food directory. Could someone please tell me if there are free food lists, healthy extra lists and syns lists in the food directory?
Is it worth buying?

I bought one to take to supermarket with me a couple of years ago. Unfortunately there is so much for each shop ie Tesco that does not seem to be in the shops that I go in and I found it very frustrating.

I don`t have mine anymore I threw it away after a couple of years so I cannot tell you exactly what was in it. I am going to get an app on my on my phone so if I see anything in supermarket I can check.

I would not buy another.
