hi there does anyone on here do food doctor and could i have your views thank you
I tried it for about a week, to be brutally honest it seems far too much money and effort. I believe that a human being can be healthy and lose weight without lunching on omega 3 seed goji berries millet roasted pumpkin flavoured tofu, or whatever other concotion the book recommended. Faaaaar too complicated for me. I've no doubt that it worked, and will work, but there's much easier ways to go about it. Good old weight watchers works for me, all about common sense.
