has anyone tried the food doctor products as i'm interested in starting and would appreciate some reviews.

I've heard of him, my sister had his books but she didn't go with it. I wonder at the benefits, the bars, the products etc seem like a moneymaking idea. Of course the principles of eating well apply but I think you can do that by yourself with a good cookbook and baking book, and save yourself a whole lot of dosh. What do you think he has that would be helpful to you?
