I've heard of him, my sister had his books but she didn't go with it. I wonder at the benefits, the bars, the products etc seem like a moneymaking idea. Of course the principles of eating well apply but I think you can do that by yourself with a good cookbook and baking book, and save yourself a whole lot of dosh. :) What do you think he has that would be helpful to you?
