    I have just come to the end of my first week, here is what I had for the week!

    I have struggled a little to get in the HEX's so will be working on that, also I know I need to use more syns as well. The last two days I had a lot of nausea and also some naughty poos lol so haven't eaten as much as I should have. I've been stupidly bloated and windy and feeling sick alot, not sure f it is the diet or what?!

    Monday

    Breakfast

    28g Porridge Oats (Made with water and sweetener) HEXB
    Banana

    Lunch

    Jacket Potato with 1/2 tin beans 1 Laughing cow light HEXA
    Strawberries and cherries.

    Dinner

    2 Quorn sausages with mash (made with a splash of milk and 1 laughing cow light from HEXA) green beans and brocolli, fried onions (in frylight) and gravy 2.5 syns 1/4 pint.
    Muller light yougurt
    Curly Wurly 6 syns

    Coffee in the day using rest of HEXA 125ml semi skimmed
    More fruit if hungry

    8.5 Syns total

    Tuesday

    Breakfast
    2 eggs fried in frylight with beans and 2 quorn sausages.

    Lunch
    4 Sesame seed ryvitas HEXB with half pot of cottage cheese and pineapple and homemade coleslaw ( 2 Laughing cows HEXA,
    extra light mayo 4 tbs 3 syns) and salad

    Dinner
    Stir fried veg with egg noodles and soy sauce
    Pudding rice cooked in water mixed with yog and fruit.

    Fruit if i'm nibbly
    Coffee in the day using HEXA 125ml semi skimmed
    Mini milk 1.5 syns
    Pink n White 2.5 syns

    Wednesday

    Breakfast

    28g Porridge Oats (Made with water and sweetener) cooked with cinnamon and a chopped apple added HEXB
    Fruit

    Lunch

    Sweet potato, 2 tbs flora extra light 1 syn chili paste and spring onions mixed in, egg broke in with laughing cow x2 HEXA baked in oven with salad.
    Fruit

    Dinner

    Chlli made in slow cooker with braising steak (all fat removed) tomato puree 0.5 syns home made wedges
    Muller light over fruit

    Coffee in the day using HEXA 125ml semi skimmed
    Curly Wurly 6 syns
    Mini milk x2 3 syns

    Thursday

    Breakfast

    4 Sesame seed ryvita HEXB with cottage cheese and pineapple, cucumber, tomatoes and salad leaves.

    Stirfried Veg and egg noodles with soy sauce
    Fruit

    Dinner

    Beef casserole with boiled new potatoes
    Muller light and fruit

    Coffee in the day using HEXA 250ml semi skimmed

    3 egg Omlette and beans 2 Laughing cows and splash of milk HEXA

    Week 1 was a success and I lost 5lb!!

    Here is my plan for today I'm following EE.

    Monday

    Breakfast

    28g Porridge Oats HEXB (Made with water and sweetener) cooked with cinnamon and a chopped apple added.

    Lunch

    Sweet potato, 2 tsp flora extra light 1 syn chili paste and spring onions mixed in, egg broke in with laughing cow x2 HEXA baked in oven with salad.

    Spicy honey chicken with cous cous salad

    Coffee in the day using rest of HEXA 125ml semi skimmed
    More fruit if hungry
    Weetabix oaty bar 3.5 syns
    Curly Wurly 6 syns

    Here is what I had yesterday and what I'm having today. I didn't manage to use enough syns yesterday, oops! Also, I'm not attending a club, if any of you would like to comment on my meal plans I would appreciate it, would be nice to know I'm doing it properly hehe.

    Yesterday didn't turn out to plan as I ended up going out to eat for lunch. I choose jacket potato with no butter with beans and salad.

    Here is today and tomorrows plan although today i needed to go shopping hence breakfast and lunch being so poor!

    Your meals look fine only thing i would say is use those syns! But you probably already know that! Maybe try some more veggies or superspeed foods as you dont seem to have many in there. Some of your dinner sound really yummy though!
