It's been awhile since I've done weight watchers an the new 26 pp per day is killing me. Can anyone gimme a quick list of low pointed foods, easy to make etc
 
What sort of things do you eat??

Dairylea light triangles are 2 for 1pp
Mullerlights (most) are 2pp
Warburton wrap 4pp
Warburton thin (3)
Ww meals and light choices tesco meals are usually quite low as well as ww soup.
Squares crisps 3pp
Skips 2pp
Wotsits 3pp
Chicken chargrills 4pp
Youngs fish in butter sauce are 3pp
 
My lunch is normally a ham and cheese bagel
WW bagel - 4
Low fat cheese slice - 1
Sliced ham - 1
Extra light mayo - 1

Loads of fruit - all 0
WW yogurts - 1
Butternut squash chips - 0 (nom nom nom)
Snack a jack thins - 2

I also have soya milk instead of dairy milk now and never use more than 1 point with cereal

I do struggle for packed lunches at work though,
 
Thanks. I use to do brilliant when I last done weight watchers. I just need back in the swing of things as I've forgot loads of pp. but thanks for helping out
