Food intake.

    Breakfast
    Bran flakes and milk both hex

    Snack
    Banana

    Lunch
    Left over chicken fried rice, which was rice, chicken, peas and ham fried using fry light and soy sauce.

    Snack
    Big bowl of strawberries, melon and pineapple

    Dinner
    SW chicken curry half a syn

    Snack
    More strawberries, melon and pineapple.

    Treats
    8 mini flumps which I think is 4 syns because each flump is only 9 kcal.
    I also had a little taste of a chocolate cupcake so I'll say 4 syns for that :( it was 16 for the whole thing I didn't have a quater but rather say more than not enough :)

    I hope that looks ok, I'm only on my 2nd week of SW.

    I thought I done well considering it's my birthday today :)
