Food list

Hi there.
I've not seen a food list. I found myself spending hours in tesco doing a food shop and checking all the labels to ensure there was no more than 5gm fat per 100gm. It's long winded at first but worth it. It ends up being second nature! :)
 
Dried pasta is fine as long as it's less than 5gm fat per 100gm. Not sure about fresh pasta though. It's amazing how much you can actually eat. i don't feel particularly restricted as I've managed to find alternative things for the foods i crave and love! Hope this helps.
 
It's so difficult there is no list if only there was!!!! Its basically nothing with more than 5g fat per 100g. My diary of mfp isn't worth looking at really as I no longer take the meds but stay here to offer support... The hairy dieters cookbooks have lots of ideas that if you use fry light instead of the oil x
