Food log

    Goal Weight:
    This doesn't seem to be a very busy forum, so no one may see this ha ha, but heh ho!

    Food for today:

    B - fruit compote (apple, pear, apricots, nutmeg) with 100g low fat greek yoghurt and 1 teaspoon honey.
    L - wrap with 100g low fat cottage cheese, 25g low fat cheddar, 1 low fat yoghurt
    D - homemade quorn and veg curry with 60g dried weight brown rice.
    S - little bit of dark choc (Greens and Black 70%), Banana

    2 litres of water.

    Can't exercise at the moment as have glandular fever, hopefully can start again in 2-3 weeks.!

    a new one each damn week lol
    wow ur diet seems perfect. oh my god u should see what i ate today. im sooooo embarrassed now lol
