    Hello everyone :)

I just recently bought a little Kenwood food processor because I've wanted one for ages and now... I cant think of anything to do with it!! I'd like to make some nice dips or soups or puddings with it but cant think of anything at the mo so could you please leave your ideas and or recipes on here please and maybe we could all have a go and feedback?? :)

    Thanks in advance xx :)

I love my food processor and use it for loads of things (not cake making so much now though LOL). One of my favourites is to put the grating discs on and shred vegetables for salads and coleslaws - I would never bother if I had to do it all by hand.

grated raw carrot and raw turnip - delicious!

Food processor is a must-have in each household. I usually use it when i am making my home-made salsa. Cos i'm tired of chopping fine bits for tomato and onions. ;)

For dressing you may want to try this:

    Mayonnaise
    Milk
Cloves of garlic (this one you have to use the food processor)
    Cheese

    Best for lettuce and tomato.

homemade burgers! if you blitz the mince, onion, garlic (whatever you put in them) them they're much smoother and much nicer in my opinion :)

    Tonnes of soups

ooo i'm out of ideas now too lol

    Spicy Sausages

    Ingredients:

900g lean lamb leg steaks roughly chopped into cubes
1 onion chopped up very fine
4 garlic cloves peeled & crushed
1tsp dried chilli flakes (I only use 1/2 a tsp)
    1tsp smoked paprika
    3 tsp dried mint
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp cumin
    1 tsp salt

Put all the ingredients into the food processor and blend until well mixed and bound together

Spray a baking tray with frylite so they don't stick

Divide the mixture into sausage like shapes and cook in the oven (180 fan) for 20-25 minutes, turning half way through cooking

    These are absolutely delicious!!
