Extra Easy Food to help tummy bloating!

Hi! After switching too many times.....am back to sw. It always works! I had a baby last year and have lost all baby weight but still have around a stone and a half of weight that's been there a while.......! I want to get to a healthy weight to show a good example to lo and so I'm generally healthier.

I carry lots of weight on my tummy and bum / thighs. Does anybody find certain foods on sw that really help shift that heavy bloating feeling?

Yes green tea is great for bloat, as is peppermint tea, ginger tea and water.
Lemons (you could add a slice or 2 to water to make it more appealing) melon, celery, salad ect.
Your body is probably trying to get used to SW, it'll disappear soon enough xx
