    As i wrote last night, I'm having a few nights off! Well tonight i had a chicken chow mein and you know what.... It really wasnt that nice! It was greasy and didnt have any taste what so ever....:strikeout_button:
    Feel like i would of much rather enjoyed my evening chicken and choc mousse!:drool:

    OMG i feel my attitude to food might finally be changing! Lets hope its for the better and for good!:innocent0001:

    just becareful hun cos last time i did cd an lost over 4st when i started eating again the "bad foods" tasted terrible and could really taste the grease or salt, but believe me you soon get used to the crap again. Enjoy your weekend x

    ive starte having a little bit of food...only could i was getting the urge to eat bad things...i love bbq chicken , yet a few weeks ago i would have though it was really bland.....

    mushette i know a woman that only does ss mon-fri and has sat and sun off, she has still lost over 2 stone in a little under 3 months!!!
