Foods to keep me in ketosis

Hello all, I am on day 3 today, and tomorrow I am out to an evening do which will involve a carvery type meal. I'm just writing this to double check that I do the right thing, I'm thinking if I have beef (if it's an option) and green veg, then I'll be okay right? Potatoes, carrots, parsnips are a no go? If they have fruit salad for pudding would this be ok? Is there a list of foods somewhere that you can eat to keep in ketosis?

Ok, just answered my own question, I googled it and came across a very helpful site. Don't think I can post it here tho as haven't posted enough to put links on.
 
There is a sticky thread on here somewhere about ketogenic foods... In general you're talking anything protein like egg/fish/lean meat and veg/salad wise anything green leafy like cabbage/lettuce/cucumber/broccoli/cauliflower. The sticky thread has a lot more suggestions but they're the things I normally go for :)
