Foods, what you can and cant have...

hi everyone, just wondering if someone from here might be able to help me.

we might be having a friend come and stay with us for a while (her marriage is rocky and her husband has pretty much said its over and she has to go)
she has POCS really bad, so i just wanted to kinda find out about foods a little more, what she can and cant have, etc... and where i could find this info out more...

i dont want her to feel like im going out of my way for her as she would feel bad about it, and prob feels bad enough as it is, so i dont want to ask her...

hopefully there is a great site i can go on,or someone can let me know roughly what is good and not so good..

You are so kind to be thinking about the needs of your friend.
I have PCOS and the only real foods I try to stay away from is anything Soy based (although I do drink Soy milk as I'm lactose intolerant but, I use very little)
The best foods for those with PCOS is low carb
