Soo ive started a diary in the other section but wanted to try and keep my food diary support section :) ...

I think this may well be a green day

HEa- milk
HEa- cheese
HEb-SW bar
HEb- (not sure will update later)

Breakfast- nana, satsuma and mullerlite
Lunch- a stiry fry type thingy with egg noodles (?) ... peppers onion mushrooms
Tea-(not sure yet)
