Im not maintaining but ever? Sure, I think. Everything is okay once in a while. And there's worse out there than KFC, at least it has a lot of protein :)

Of course you'll be able to have a KFC once in a while, although you might find you're tastes change a little. I had KFC with the kids a while back and hadn't had it since before losing weight, have to be honest it wasn't as good as I remembered, really greasy, I just ate the coleslaw and beans! I've gone off most fast foods and lots of processed foods too. I still love an indian now and again though;)

You can go to KFC but just have a chicken salad, I know it's crispy strips but at least its healthy.

A KFC chicken drumstick is half the calories of the KFC salad without dressing though :p

Honestly, as long as you aren't KFCing all the time, have what you want and enjoy. That's what maintenance is all about; being able to have something that you consider 'special', yet still keeping it 'special' if you know what I mean.

Learning that yes, you can have these odd times as long as you take care the rest of the time.

I have to laugh at your post - I posted the same thing ... except I asked if I'd ever be able to eat garlic bread again .... when I started out.

Apparently we should rest assured that nothing is off limits and it is about having smaller portions and experiencing it less often - but it is still there for us to enjoy (in the future)
