Yummy! I've lost over two thirds of that lot so far, lol. Looking forward to shedding the rest and then some!! xx

I'm aiming to lose that & more tired of carrying around all that
 
Wow can't believe I've lost that much 104lbs & counting 3.5lbs more & I'll b at goal still can't believe I did it this time

This is very motivational!
I never want to gain that weight back.... so I will think about that
when I feel like I want a big chocolate and reach for an apple instead!
 
My target is exactly 100lbs! 29.5 done, 70.5lb to go.... Only one gain (wedding), one STS (All-inclusive holiday to Spain), -3.5lb a week average but starting to slow.

Gonna start using superspeed reciepes and start some body magic to try and keep my 3lb/3.5lb a week average for a little while longer. Anybody have any tips?

Only tip I can give is to keep chipping away sometimes I find I will lose about 0.5lb then 2/3 wks later I will have a 3-4lb loss it's just our bodies adjusting, if u keep doing what ur doing then it will come off.

I got to goal tonight with a 4lb loss bringing my total loss to 107.5lbs (7st9.5lbs) now a gold member after starting my journey 19mths ago!!

Congratulations... hope you are going to celebrate such an amazing and inspiraional feet! I should remember a loss is a loss as I don't have any great rush other than being determined to change my life :)

Wow! I am looking forward to getting shot of all that!

I started with 116lb to get rid of, now have 96.5. Taking it slow and steady :)

I have 10 stone to lose (140 lbs) I'm at 39 now so getting there slowly will be nice to see that number under 100!
