...I am stepping off the wagon

My brother got a new job last week, working as an overseas rep for First Choice holidays, due to start on the 1st August.

This morning he got a phone call from First Choice asking if he can start a bit sooner...Tomorrow!!!!

Have had a frantic day with him shopping and packing and panicking!!! And tonight we are going out to celebrate his last night in town for 6 months!!!!! We are going out as a family to Chiquito's (my favourite!) so I have decided to come of the diet wagon for just one night, so I can enjoy my brothers last night.

I will gracefully step back on tomorrow and start the 3 day ketosis battle
