for those who also track cals on MFP...

i know SW isnt about calorie counting, but i like to keep track, i dont restrict cals at all, i just like to know how many im having thats all, well anyways, u know at the bottome where it has ur totals and remaining etc...my cals are pretty much always in the green, as are my carbs and fats, but my protein is ALWAYS redand a minus number in the "remining" bit, i do follow mainly red days..so i was just wondering if this is ok? x
